Before bringing your ideas to life, we need to have a clear vision of your concept. A picture representing a piece of jewellery and most closely corresponding to the design which you have in mind, would be largely sufficient for us. Highlight the elements of the picture, which you would like to be altered. And provide us with an exact description of your design. You might also want to send us a piece of jewellery, which we would use as a sample or remake in accordance with your specifications. Trust us, there is a hidden artist in everyone! Discover your individual creativity and translate your dreams into a preliminary sketch. Please don't worry about the quality of your drawings, we are certainly not going to judge your artwork.

Post, e-mail or fax – feel free to choose which way is the most convenient for you. You will find our correct e-mail and postal addresses in our Company's contact details. And don't forget to send us your address and telephone number, too. We cannot guarantee you high quality work unless all the issues that might arise in respect of your order are discussed directly with you before we forward your specifications to our goldsmiths.

It is not until all our questions are clarified, that your design be sent to our manufacturing facility. There, the best options for your idea implementation will be reviewed by our experts – and it is on this basis that we shall make you a fair and reasonable offer . If you think that the quoted price is too high and you wish to get a better price, please consider the following alternatives: you could either choose another alloy or a different ornament element.
How long does it take to create a piece of jewellery?
Generally speaking, it would take us from two to three weeks to complete your order. In case your design is particularly complicated or we require rare materials, the period of your order completion might be extended. This can be discussed by us in greater detail upon order placement. We look forward to hearing from you and receiving your ideas!
